Design Intent

This living room was reimagined to balance architectural interest with everyday comfort. The arched niche and fireplace serve as focal points, while the soft palette and layered textures create an inviting, light-filled atmosphere. Every detail was selected to balance warmth, functionality, and architectural character.

Scope of Work

Removed popcorn ceiling and skim-coated all walls and ceilings for a smooth, modern finish.

Designed and built a custom arched niche with integrated lighting and floating shelves.

Remodeled fireplace with new framing, Venetian plaster finish, and wall-mounted TV integration.

Upgraded bar area with full-height vertical tile backsplash, natural stone countertop, and custom cabinetry featuring a built-in wine cooler.

Repainted all walls, ceilings, and trims in a soft neutral palette to unify the space.
